PagerDuty brand

The PagerDuty brand evolved over multiple years through a rebrand and a subsequent refresh.
Phase 1: Corporate rebrand. The brand didn’t have a cohesive look and feel, assets were scattered all over and there were many shades of green across the company. We brought in Collins to support the rebrand, we then saturated the walls in the new style, posted billboards, updated all our digital ad styling, our slide templates, and so much more.
Phase 2: Brand refresh. While the former branding was compelling, a new approach was needed to attract our executive, decision-maker audience. We needed the brand to feel more fluid and fast.

PagerDuty On Tour event brand

PagerDuty On Tour was created as a follow-up to our larger scale PagerDuty Summit that needed to be on the road to multiple cities. It needed a fresh brand, new logo, and needed to work in digital, motion, and print.
I led the design strategy for the new brand which included building out a robust guidelines doc for our agencies to work from in multiple cities. I also built out web pages and style guides for each of the cities landing pages, print graphics for our London and San Francisco events, conceptualized the stage look and feel, and so much more.

Canva enablement program

Scaling design quality across a global organization.
As tickets were coming in fast and furious on a daily basis for simple, templatable requests, we decided to look at Canva as our alternative. We built out a template strategy and applied brand approvers. The system we built has hundreds of employees that can submit graphics for easy quick approval and everyone can stay on brand.
